Even without many action items on the Chandler Unified School District Governing Board’s Wednesday, Aug. 20 agendas, the board still has a lot of ground to cover in one evening.

Board consideration of the draft 2025 Arizona School Boards Association political agenda and approval of the district’s fiscal 2026 capital plan are the only action items on the agenda for the regular 6:30 p.m. meeting.

That meeting will be preceded by study sessions on 2025-26 metrics review and feedback and on the “Learning Walk” process, the first of which is scheduled for 4:30 p.m. All of Wednesday’s meetings will be held at CUSD’s offices, 1525 W. Frye Road.
