The Cedar Cultural Center has announced the hiring of James Taylor as its new program director.
Taylor heads to the Cedar-Riverside venue known for its eclectic booking following an eight-year stint on the booking team at First Avenue. He has also served on the board of Twin Cities Catalyst Music, an organization that helped all-ages music venues get back on their feet following pandemic closures.
“The Cedar is a crucial piece of the Twin Cities live music ecosystem and I’m grateful to be the next steward of this incredible room,” says Taylor.
