One Bullhead City teenager who committed a vehicular assault upon another has avoided a possible prison term, provided he complies with terms of probation ordered during his Friday sentencing hearing in Kingman. Abraham Salazar Espinoza, 18, pleaded guilty to aggravated assault involving a deadly weapon or dangerous instrument for trying to run down a 15-year-old boy at Rotary Park on Jan. 2.

Bullhead City police spokeswoman Emily Fromelt said Salazar Espinoza drove to the park on Balboa Drive seeking out the 15-year-old who allegedly had been in a fight with Salazar Espinoza’s younger brother. ×
