The former ASU campus in Lake Havasu City has sat dormant for months, but that may soon change. At Thursday’s Lake Havasu Unified School District board meeting, President David Rose said the district is negotiating with a potential tenant for the property. He did not disclose the potential tenant’s identity.
Rose said the district does not intend to sell the property. ×
