BOLTON, Vt. (WCAX) - It was paradise up in the mountains Saturday for some mountain bikers at this year’s Vermont Mountain Biking Association Day.
Bolton Valley hosted this event, allowing mountain bikers of all ages to take the trails on.
Tickets were only five dollars to ride the whole day on the mountain and access lifts.
This gave riders opportunities to connect with each other, and even to try downhill riding as a beginner.
Event organizers were happy to see new faces and says the conditions were perfect.
“We’ve been lucky to have a stretch of pretty dry conditions. Pretty much every trail is super dry at this point which is just great, it’s sunny out, it’s not windy and we had a pretty wet spring so everyone’s just making the best of it,” Joe Gaynor of Burlington said.
