A woman was arrested after police found over $100,000 worth of stolen merchandise in her Orange County home.

The suspect was identified as Ekaterina Zharkova, 40, of Lake Forest, according to the Irvine Police Department.

The suspect was being investigated for retail theft by Irvine police, along with the Orange County Sheriff’s Department’s Retail Theft Unit and private security partners.

On Aug. 13, Zharkova was arrested outside her home. While searching her residence, officers reportedly found over $100,000 worth of stolen retail goods.
