Police have urged members of the public to get in touch if they have seen a missing woman. Mercedes-Leigh Blake, 41, was last seen in Cambridge at 10am on Saturday (August 16).

She was last seen near Sidney Street. Cambridgeshire Police said officers are concerned for her welfare.

A spokesperson said: "Officers are becoming increasingly concerned for her welfare. Searches are being carried out in the area as part of efforts to locate her.

"Mercedes-Leigh is described as 5’8”, with long light brown or blonde hair in a bun. She has a tattoo in her left hand of a bird and is believed to be wearing a black and blue camo fleece, trainers and black trousers.
