Philadelphia Phillies third baseman Alec Bohm has been out for nearly a month with a fractured rib. Since the injury, the team's efficiency has plummeted as they have been incapable of driving in runners in scoring position.

Thankfully, they'll be getting the slugger back at the perfect time as they gear up for a postseason push. The Phillies announced that Bohm will be activated from the injured list before their matchup with the Washington Nationals on Sunday.

In a corresponding move, the team will send infielder Otto Kemp, who filled in while Bohm was injured, to Lehigh Valley with the team's AAA affiliate.
