A holidaymaker has demanded EasyJet to refund her £50 fine for an 'oversized' under-seat bag, which she claims fit perfectly under the plane seat once onboard.

Sara Kay was preparing to board a flight from London Gatwick to Split, Croatia, on 2 July when EasyJet staff asked her to place her backpack into their baggage sizer.

The 25-year-old conceded that her bag didn't fit perfectly in the sizer, resulting in a charge of around £50, reports MyLondon . However, once on the aircraft, she insists her bag fit perfectly under the seat in front of her, even claiming there was 'tons of room'.
