GENESEE COUNTY, MI -- Members of the county Board of Commissioners have delayed adopting new contracts with local senior citizen centers and senior service providers while they take a deeper look at how to divide countywide millage funds.

Commissioners postponed action on nearly three dozen individual agreements with organizations serving seniors during a committee meeting on Wednesday, Aug. 13.
