Anthony Richardson Sr. and Daniel Jones have been going at it for the Colts starting quarterback job this preseason.

After a couple of weeks of evaluation, head coach Shane Steichen is nearing his decision on a winner of the starting job.

Following their preseason contest with the Packers, Richardson spoke about his play this preseason and the upcoming decision coming from Steichen. He just wants to focus on what he can control, even if he believes he’s won the job.

“It really doesn’t matter what I think,” Richardson said to the media after the game. “At the end of the day, it’s really up to them…If I win the job, thank God. If not, I need to keep working.”
