The Brotherhood of Rock Tour 2025 gave the 9,000 or so fans at Pine Knob just that — as well as a heavy dose of enduring classic rock — on Saturday night, Aug. 16.

The triumvirate of Styx, the Kevin Cronin band (formerly REO Speedwagon) and former Eagles guitarist Don Felder are well acquainted with each other, and with what makes their audiences happy.

In Felder’s case it was a pristine renditions of a wealth of Eagles favorites, from “Already Gone” and “One of These Nights” to “Take It Easy,” the Bob Seger co-written “Heartache Tonight,” “Life in the Fast Lane” and the epic “Hotel California.”
