A small group of people, many of them former parishoners of Sacred Heart Catholic Church in Roseville, gathered in front of the building Saturday to hear Warren paster Curtiss Ostosh discuss a lawsuit filed Aug. 15 alleging his Harvest Time Christian Fellowship Church has rights to the property.

The church and surrounding buildings as well as the Apple Annie’s restaurant at Utica Road and Gratiot Avenue are slated to be demolished in order to make way for a Sheetz gas station.
