MARPLE – As junior years go, Brett Wolski had a pretty decent one.

The Marple Newtown athlete compiled a 1,000-yard season last fall, taking his career rushing total to 2,149 yards and 29 total touchdowns in three seasons, while also leading the Marple defense as a defensive back/linebacker. In the spring, Wolski converted from a defensive midfielder to a faceoff man, the two-way heart of the Tigers’ third straight PIAA Class 2A boys lacrosse championship.

It’s not a bad stage to set for your final go in high school.

“I’m very blessed to have the opportunity to be on great teams and having a great community and coaching staffs and family,” the hard-working and soft-spoken Wolski said. “It helps us do what we want to do.”
