MILWAUKEE, (CBS 58) -- The Milwaukee Police Department is searching for critically missing 9-year-old Uzziah Franklin.

Police say Uzziah was last seen on foot on Sun. Aug. 17, at approximately 11:00 am, in the 4200 block of W. Ruby Avenue.

Uzziah is described as being 4-foot-8 inches, weighing around 66 pounds, with brown eyes, and short black hair with a medium complexion.

He was last seen wearing a short sleeve black spiderman shirt, dark blue jean shorts, and black Croc style shoes.

This is the fifth time MPD has reported Franklin missing since May.
