SUSSEX CO., Va. (WAVY) - Virginia State Police are also currently investigating a crash involving a crash involving a tractor trailer and a train.

The report states that the accident occurred at 2:45 p.m. at the railroad crossing on General Mahone Highway and Walnut Hill Road. This incident is reported to be east of the fatal crash we learned of earlier.

Route 460 will continue to be shut down at this time, with detours being set up by VDOT in the meantime.
