OMAHA, Neb. (WOWT) - The rest of Sunday evening is hot, humid and dry with temperatures slowly cooling into the 80s around 9PM. It’ll still feel more like the 90s.

Overnight our next storm chances arrive and could impact the Monday morning drive. There is a 1/5 risk for most for a severe storm with strong winds to develop, a slightly higher threat to the N.

These move in from the NW around 2AM, probably closer to 4AM for the Metro and continue through the morning drive. The best storm chance is through 8AM so conditions may improve through the commute... however a spotty storm chance lingers through noon.

Unfortunately this comes with no heat relief! We’ll be back to the 90s with feel like temps in the 100s!
