NASHVILLE, Tenn. (WSMV) - A father is facing charges after he reportedly overdosed while his 4-year-old son was in the back seat of their parked vehicle, according to an arrest affidavit.
MNPD responded to 413 Myatt Drive after officers were flagged down by a citizen reporting a man passed out behind the wheel of a parked car.
When officers arrived, they found the suspect unconscious in the driver’s seat and noticed tin foil with burn marks and a snorting straw on the center console. The suspect was identified as Christopher Hathaway.
