NASHVILLE, Tenn. ( WSMV /Gray News) - A former police officer at the center of a controversy for allegedly appearing in an OnlyFans video has entered a new plea.

Sean Herman, a former officer in Nashville, Tennessee, has pleaded no contest to felony official misconduct in connection with his May 2024 arrest.

Herman was criminally charged after he was fired for an explicit OnlyFans video that was discovered.

Detectives identified him as the person in a Metro Nashville Police Department uniform taking part in a mock traffic stop skit with a female driver who exposed her breasts.

The investigation found that the video was allegedly made on the evening of April 26, 2024, in a Madison-area warehouse parking lot while Herman was on duty as a patrol officer in the Madison Precinct.
