OKLAHOMA CITY, Okla. (KFOR) - A man was arrested after a Sunday morning shooting near NW 23rd Street and Macarthur Boulevard.
Oklahoma City Police reported a call for a victim with a gunshot wound to the leg just before noon.
Officials said that before they got there, a woman was driving and stopped because she saw a man bleeding in the road and lying down.
OKCPD stated that they believe it started as an argument between two men at an apartment complex nearby that led out to the street, and ended with the victim being shot.
"When we got there, it was an altercation between two men, one shot the other, " said Captain Michelle Henderson, Oklahoma City Police.
Police eventually found the suspect hiding and arrested him.
