Local motorists have reported confusion over conflicting lane markings on the Lloyd Expressway amidst the Indiana Department of Transportation's $150 million construction project.

Beginning in June, INDOT replaced white lane dividers with black-and-white markings, but the old lines remain visible in some places despite paint removal efforts.
