The poll reveals nearly half of voters surveyed said they would vote for Moreno at the time of the survey. Louisiana State Senator Royce Duplessis made gains from previous polls garnering 18% of support, jumping ahead of the other major candidate, City Councilman Oliver Thomas, who sits at 16%.
