Education is key to Harrisburg’s long-term development, not only downtown but throughout the city

The City of Harrisburg is experiencing another difficult period in its history. That difficulty is particularly evident in Downtown Harrisburg and the Capitol district, which have historically been the center for commercial and governmental activity in the city.
