FAYETTEVILLE -- Police arrested a man Friday in connection with a north Fayetteville robbery Thursday.
Joseph Floyd, 48, of School Avenue in Fayetteville was arrested in connection with aggravated robbery and terroristic threatening. Floyd remained at the Washington County Detention Center on Monday in lieu of $50,000 bond.
Just before 7 p.m. Thursday, Floyd entered a business in the 3800 block of North Mall Avenue, brandished a weapon and demanded money from an employee, according to police. He then fled on foot.
Officers and detectives identified Floyd as the suspect, and he was taken into custody by the patrol division Friday.
