OMAHA, Neb. (WOWT) - Millard South comes into the 2025 football season with high expectations.
“We know there’s a lot on the line and that’s why we’re coming here every day and working hard,” senior quarterback Jett Thomalla told First Alert 6.
It’s a legacy year for the Patriots’ senior class, featuring a roster with 12 players that have Division I offers as of July.
That includes Thomalla, an Alabama commit .
“Having the talent we have, it’s going to be really easy to get complacent, say, ‘Oh, we can go out on the field and beat everyone by 40,’” he said. “But, no, that’s not really how we come to it. We come here every day and work hard. Even if we could beat a team by 40, we’re going to prepare like we’re going to play the best team.”
