Nearly 70 arrests were made in Washington, D.C. Saturday (August 16) night after President Donald Trump deployed the National Guard to patrol the city last week.
A total 68 individuals were detained overnight, which included 15 illegal firearms being seized, as well as charges for aggravated assault, assault on a police officer, resisting arrest fugitive from justice, felony grand larceny, possession of a controlled substance fleeing from law enforcement and driving with a revoked permit, the White House confirmed to FOX News .
