After the Black Sabbath frontman died on July 22 , a BBC documentary, "Ozzy Osbourne: Coming Home", giving a look at the final years of his life alongside wife Sharon Osbourne and kids Kelly Osbourne and Jack Osbourne has been delayed from its original airdate today — Aug. 18. Ozzy Osbourne's official cause of death has been revealed. The rock icon passed away from a heart attack, according to a death certificate obtained by multiple outlets on Aug. 5.
