San Antonio firefighters are responding to a large fire at a facility on the North Side.

The fire was reported at around 11:50 a.m. Monday in the 3600 block of Highpoint Street, not far from Wurzbach Parkway and Nacogdoches Road.

As of 12:05 p.m., 45 units are responding to the fire.
