Brian Glenn, the MAGA-friendly reporter famous for asking President Donald Trump nothing but softballs , kicked off Monday’s joint press event with Trump and Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky in what can only be called a fashion-forward olive branch: a compliment on Zelensky’s suit.

The moment was loaded with history. The last time the trio appeared together, Glenn publicly dinged Zelensky for showing up in a T-shirt instead of a suit. On Monday, Zelensky arrived in a black coat — Glenn did not miss the upgrade.
