Atlanta rapper Young Thug will get back nearly $150,000 in cash, a fleet of luxury vehicles and an assortment of jewelry that were seized from the musician’s home following his 2022 arrest on gang and racketeering charges.

The Grammy winner, whose real name is Jeffery Williams, pleaded guilty last year to gang, gun and drug charges during the lengthy “Young Slime Life” racketeering trial brought by Fulton County prosecutors.

But attorneys representing the rapper successfully argued Monday that the seized property should be returned because the state failed to hold a civil forfeiture hearing within the 60-day window required by law.
