Volodymyr Zelenskyy finally got his own back on the right-wing journalist who criticised him for not wearing a suit to the White House.

The Ukrainian president took aim at Brian Glenn when the pair came face-to-face again in the Oval Office this afternoon.

Six months ago, Glenn, of the Donald Trump -backing cable network Real America’s Voice, attacked Zelenskyy for wearing military-style clothing for talks with the US president.

He said: “Why don’t you wear a suit? You’re at the highest level in this country’s office, and you refuse to wear a suit.”

Zelenskyy replied: “I will wear costume after this war finishes, yes. Maybe something like yours, yes, maybe something better.”
