The backstory:
Police in Utah were responding Sunday to a domestic disturbance call in Tremonton , about 75 miles north of Salt Lake City.
Police Detective Crystal Beck of neighboring Brigham City told reporters that officers were shot at immediately upon arrival.

"They requested additional units. And then stopped answering their radio," Beck said.
