In a heartfelt letter to First Lady Melania Trump, the Heroic Mothers Movement called for the release of the 66 children who have been taken from them amid the Republican administration's immigration crackdown.

These children and adolescents, ranging in age from just 5 months to 17 years old, were unjustly separated from their mothers during deportation flights, suffering the consequences of the breakdown of family stability for political reasons.

"Can you rest easy for a minute without knowing your child's whereabouts? Would you sleep peacefully without knowing if they've eaten or how they're feeling? We can't move forward without having them close by," these mothers and grandmothers write in a moving letter.
