Former LSU football coach Ed Orgeron is ready to return to the sidelines after being retired for the last four years. The 64-year-old recently went on Barstool Sports ' "Pardon My Take" show, and said for the first time in a while, he's gotten the "itch" to come back to coaching.

"Yeah, I think it's time," Orgeron said on the show. "I'm feeling it a little bit. I haven't made my decision totally, but I've got my boys settled coaching football now. It's been four years since I've been out and I'm getting the itch again."

One of Orgeron's "boys" coaching right now is Tulane offensive analyst and tight ends coach Tyler Spotts-Orgeron, his stepson. Orgeron has visited Tulane football practices in the past to speak to the team.
