THE nephew of NFL legend Ray Lewis has died, it has been announced.

Shenandoah University athletics have revealed the tragic passing of Keyshawn Wilder.

He was an assistant coach and former player of the college.

His age or the manor of his death have yet to be announced.

"It is with deep sadness that Shenandoah Athletics announces the passing of beloved former student-athlete and assistant football coach, Keyshawn Wilder," said a statement from the school in Northern Virginia.

"Wilder's dedication to the Shenandoah football team was profound both on and off the field.

"His hard work and compassion for the game translated directly to those around him.

"His incredible leadership helped pave the way for new leaders to follow in his footsteps.

"We extend our heartfelt condolences
