Just one week after a medical exam upheld her court-appointed guardianship , Wendy Williams is speaking out.
“My attorneys are highly upset,” Williams declared to Page Six . She didn’t address her conservator , but added, “I want to say hi to my attorneys, Allan Diamond and Joe Tacopina . I will get out of [this] guardianship.”
Last week, PEOPLE reported that Williams has been formally diagnosed with frontotemporal dementia (FTD) and aphasia. She was first diagnosed back in 2023.
An attorney for Williams’ guardian, Sabrina Morrissey , requested an extension for Judge Sokoloff until Nov. 3 to determine if the guardianship is still necessary. The unnamed attorney also mentioned that “complications have arisen due to various parties— including counsel for certain member
