Billings residents are advised to drink plenty of fluids, wear loose-fitting clothing and maybe keep a pair of undies in the freezer overnight because tomorrow it’s going to be cooking.
A stretch of unseasonably warm temperatures in Billings is expected to spike Tuesday and Wednesday, according to the latest forecast from the National Weather Service. NWS will be issuing a heat advisory for southeastern Montana during that time.
“In the forecast for Billings, we do have 100 degrees in the forecast for Tuesday and 101 for Wednesday,” said NWS Meteorologist Tessa Stetzer.
