(Gray News) – The U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission has issued an urgent warning about fake Labubu dolls for posing a serious choking risk to young children.
The fake dolls, often referred to as “Lafufus,” are sold both as plush figures and plush keychains and are small enough to block a child’s airways.
According to a news release, CPSC has received reports the fake dolls break apart easily, also creating several small pieces that can become choking hazards.
