A Sudbury teen died of acute carbon monoxide poisoning while performing maintenance work at a property in Lively, the Ontario Provincial Police confirmed Monday.

Nineteen-year-old Roch (Rocco) Renaud was found unresponsive at the residence on the evening of May 23 . He was transported to hospital, where he was later pronounced deceased.

A postmortem conducted by the Ontario Forensic Pathology Service determined the cause of death to be acute carbon monoxide intoxication.
