Jason Aldean was a surprise guest at Miranda Lambert 's Band Together Texas benefit concert on Sunday (Aug. 17).
In addition to his lively rendition of his chart-topper "She's Country," the country singer invited Lambert on stage to sing a unique duet version of "Amarillo Sky."
The song was fitting, given the show's Texas theme, as it name-drops a city in the Lone Star State. The moment also stirred up some 2018 vibes, when the two released "Drowns the Whiskey."
Aldean took the lead on the duo's performancem with Lambert jumping in to add some harmonies on the song's chorus.
Why Did Jason Aldean Join Band Together Texas?
The "Whiskey Drink" was a surprise guest for the fundraising show, and it worked out well since he was already in Texas.
