DEDHAM, Mass. —

A Dedham-based development firm behind several recent projects in that town and others in the area is proposing a massive project alongside Route 128.

Supreme Development, led by Giorgio Petruzziello, is proposing a commercial development on 57 acres of land located in Dedham, just across the southbound side of the highway from the Norfolk County Correctional Center.

According to a presentation provided to the town, Supreme is planning to construct 400,000 square feet of lab space, 470,000 square feet of research and development space and 644 residential apartments.
