SIOUX FALLS, S.D. (KELO) -- A banking company with a still significant presence in Sioux Falls has left its downtown location.
David Shelton, a broker with Century 21 Advantage, said on Monday the public can expect an announcement of what will replace Wells Fargo in September or October.
"We're not able to share anything in detail," Shelton said. But he did say the six-story building will likely include different banks, engineers and accountants in offices. "This will not be a single user site," he said.
The overall project involves the nearly one block area that starts on 9th Street and Phillips Avenue and extends to 8th Street and Phillips. The structure includes a parking area, drive through as the facility goes to the north and west.
