Seattle Mariners pitcher Bryce Miller will be activated from the injured list to start Tuesday’s game against the Philadelphia Phillies, according to MLB.com’s Daniel Kramer .

Miller, who has been working his way back from elbow issues, completed three rehab starts at Triple-A Tacoma. He posted a 4.05 ERA in 13 1/3 innings with the Rainiers, totaling 15 strikeouts and three walks.

The 26-year-old right-hander has been limited to just 10 starts this season while spending two stints on the IL with elbow inflammation. He initially landed on the 15-day IL in mid-May. He returned to make two starts, but then landed on the IL again following his last outing on June 6.
