LUBBOCK, Texas (KCBD) - Knox Rose was born with a talent for baseball. It was discovered early on by his parents, Brian and Kristy.
“He was, I guess, a natural at it,” Brian, said. “When he was two, I would throw a baseball at him, he just caught on really fast.”
Kristy said she likes to say Knox could catch a baseball before he could walk.
Knox first got to take his talents to the diamond when he was six, and ever since then, he’s been playing the sport.
When asked what his favorite part of the game is, he kept his answer short and sweet.
“I guess hitting,” Knox said. “I just love the feel off the bat.”
If he’s not in the classroom, you’ll most likely see Knox either out at the baseball field representing Lubbock-Cooper Little League or at the Knocksville Training Facility, where he
