THE cause of death of rapper Tekashi 6ix9ine’s pal has been confirmed by cops.

Dominican influencer Ariela La Langosta was found behind the wheel of her car on Sunday and investigators said she was likely “targeted.”

La Langosta, who was also known as Ariela Mejia-Polanco, was found with gunshot wounds, according to Westchester County cops.

Her body was found in Mount Vernon - around 20 miles from Manhattan.

Cops have launched a homicide investigation , adding that her death wasn’t “a random act.”

She worked at a New York bar and previously appeared in Tekashi’s videos.

Tekashi , whose real name is Daniel Hernandez , described his pal as a “tremendous woman” and described her as his sister.

He labeled her the Queen of New York.
