The death of a 14-year-old Egg Harbor Township boy in July has spurred calls for state action on e-bike safety.
Jack Sullivan, who graduated from Fernwood Avenue Middle School in June, was struck by a vehicle driven by a Philadelphia woman at Maryland Avenue and the bike path while riding his e-bike at 8 p.m. July 17.
