SAVANNAH, Ga. (WSAV) - An early morning house fire has left a family of four without a place to stay.

At approximately 4:57 a.m. this morning, crews were dispatched to the 2300 block of Coakley Street for a residential fire. Smoke and flames were visible upon arrival. Crews were able to get the flames under control and the fire is out at this time.

Four residents (2 adults and 2 children) were displaced due to the fire. Red Cross has been notified for assistance.
