Some patchy fog is starting to form this morning, favoring northern and western Iowa.

The humidity is sticking around today and for the rest of the week. The temperatures will not be as high as what we had this last weekend, but we will still have the muggy feel. Highs will be in the 80s this afternoon but heat index values should still climb into the 90s. Feels like temps should stay in the upper 80s and low 90s for the rest of the afternoons this week.

Storm chances will return Friday late afternoon into the evening as a cold front passes over. As of now, there aren’t any great threats of severe weather during this time. Humidity will really drop this weekend with highs returning to the 70s and morning lows in the 60s and 50s. I
