Nina Santiago — whose YouTube channel “Nina Unrated” has almost 400,000 subscribers — was filming herself eating with her boyfriend, Patrick Blackwood, at a local restaurant in Houston, Texas, on Sunday when an SUV suddenly plowed into the building.

In the viral video, the vehicle comes flying into the restaurant as the pair each takes a bite out of a slider sandwich, knocking over the table and hurling Santiago to the floor. 4
