NEW CHESTER, Wis. (WFRV) - Six people were arrested earlier this month following search warrants obtained by deputies after they reportedly received credible information about the possible use and distribution of controlled substances.

According to a release from the Adams County Sheriff's Office, deputies received the credible information on the morning of August 9 and quickly worked to obtain search warrants for the two locations where they believed these drugs were being used and distributed.

Officials say the search warrants were carried out that same afternoon at a home on the 2900 block of Brentwood Drive and another home a short distance away on the 2900 block of Crestwood Lane. Both locations were said to be in the Township of New Chester.
